Join me for a day at my annual Spring Equinox retreat of self-reflection and renewal. Using the grounding practices of yoga and the powerful land where Green Gulch is situated at the edge of the vast Pacific Ocean, we can soften into ourselves and connect with our deeper being. A day away from our routine can be so incredibly rejuvenating and healing.

We will begin at 10am with meditation and an active asana session. At 12:15pm  we will share a lunch prepared with organic vegetables from the Green Gulch Farm. After lunch, we’ll take a few hours for personal time and reflection: perhaps exploring the organic gardens, a walk to the beach, or journaling. We will complete the day with an afternoon session of yin and restoratives postures. Our day together will end at 5:00pm.
