Yoga adventure in Portugal, September 2024! Travel to the Algarve with Nicole for a week of breathwork and movement, meditation, me-time nourishment on many levels.
Join me in gorgeous Olhao, Portugal in an exceptional private home, Casa Fuzetta, in the heart of a quaint coastal fishing town. Plus we are adjacent to Park Ria Formosa, one of the 7 wonders of Portugal. There will be an opportunity to bike, paddleboard, kayak, hike, swim, explore if you need more movement alongside our yoga sessions.

During this retreat, we will meditate, yoga, have time to explore the incredible nature we will call home for a week, indulge in amazing chef-prepared meals and a variety of excursions. Gift yourself plenty of free time to nap, explore, read, swim. Slow down, breath and BE!
NOURISH- We have a local chef to provide dishes of inspiration from Portugal, India, Thailand and Greece. Your taste buds will be spoiled with colorful and healthy food. There will be plenty of coffee, tea, and fruit along with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic options.
