A week of LOVE in Nosara, Costa Rica with Nicole 

Come to Nosara with an almost local and lover of Nosara. Nicole has been traveling to Nosara annually for 13 years and loves to bring people to her favorite place on earth. Nosara is a blue zone with high vibes, amazing people, a perfect beach, warm ocean, world class surfing, nourishing food and magic! Blue Zones are regions around the world where people are said to live longer, healthier lives compared to the global average. Nosara is considered a Blue Zone primarily because of its environment and lifestyle factors that contribute to health and longevity. I promise you’ll feel more radiant and alive in Nosara.

Nicole will guide you into a nourishing week of self awareness, connection, movement, strengthening, mindfulness, fun!!!, exploration and so much more with like-minded, soulful beings. We will also explore the enneagram, which allows for a deeper understanding of yourself and your interactions with the world. Come solo, bring a friend or your partner to connect deeper with yourself and your friend/ partner and our constellated family for a week of love and kindness. 

Morning movement sessions- either yoga or strength training. Afternoon yin/ restorative yoga session or breathwork. Our chef, Sarah, will be nourishing us for the week with amazing local organic food.

POLICIES

A $600 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space. Refunds are not given unless the space can be filled by another registration. A $250 administrative fee will be deducted if the room can be filled.

Once final payment is made we cannot offer refunds unless the room is filled, minus deposit.

Final payment due is November 1, 2024.

We cannot compensate for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, inclement weather, pandemics, etc.) since we have costs already incurred when reserving the property. To be safe, we highly recommend travel insurance (purchasing travel insurance). We do not offer refunds for weather delays or other last minute situations.

If the retreat needs to be cancelled for unforeseen circumstances such as a natural disaster or pandemic, the retreat will be postponed until another time.
